Association Management
Provide associations with a full-time executive director or other executive staff members to oversee the day-to-day operations of the association. This can include tasks such as setting and implementing strategic goals, managing staff, developing and implementing programs and services, and representing the association to the public and other stakeholders.

Develop and implement marketing and communications plans to promote the association, its programs and services, and its members. This can include tasks such as creating and managing websites and social media accounts, developing and distributing marketing materials, and writing and editing newsletters and other publications.
Meeting & Event Management
Plan and execute meetings and events of all sizes, from small board meetings to large conferences. This can include tasks such as finding venues, negotiating vendor contracts, registering attendees, and managing on-site logistics.
